This Autism Awareness Webinar and presentation has been specifically designed for the dental setting and is suitable for all members of the Dental Team. 🦷

World Autism Awareness Day took place on Thursday 2nd April with the month of April celebrating many events taking place that raise awareness and understanding around Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

This webinar will share an insight into behaviours, characteristics, social interaction challenges, sensory sensitivities and communication challenges that someone with ASD may face.

This presentation is usually delivered as a lunch and learn. The feedback that we have received is that this presentation has left our dental professionals, (from the receptionist to the principal dentist), feel more confident in caring and communicating with those with ASD as well as opening their understanding outside of the dental setting. We hope that you feel the same and would love to hear your feedback as we are always looking to improve and learn from our community & colleagues.
